About Me

I am an experienced HR professional who works with individuals to help them realise their potential through one-to-one coaching.
I enjoy working with high-performers, who are used to showing little weakness or doubt in their professional settings, and encouraging them to open up and explore their personal and career challenges. To do this, I use an informal and direct, yet non-confrontational, style.

Together we step away from the noise of the game, to find a quiet corner where I can help you reflect, analyse and be sure of your strategy.

How I can help
I partner with clients to create space and time for them to clarify, address and overcome the challenges they are facing, both in their work and personal lives. Typically these can involve career decisions, progression bottlenecks, performance doubts, acquiring higher level management skills, team dynamics and balancing the demands of home life with work.
I support clients in discovering for themselves how to recognise their unhelpful behaviour patterns and work out their own solutions. I really enjoy helping people get out of their own way.
My approach
In my experience the best coaching sessions are thought-provoking, interesting, and can be intense. I particularly value building a good connection with people I coach, which I believe leads to the best understanding of the task at hand, and in turn generates the best results. Sometimes we will challenge your thinking together. Often you just need someone to help you see you already have the pieces of your jigsaw ready to assemble.
You will be in charge of this process: you will choose what we work on, telling me what success will look like. My job is to bring the skills to guide you to your desired outcome.
I offer an initial discovery call with no obligation so we can explore together whether coaching is right for you and your particular situation and if I am the right partner to help you get where you want to be.
Background
After a graduate management role at Marks & Spencer I went on to an accomplished career as a senior HR professional with The Gillette Company. I then played a key role in a project to relocate Gillette’s European Headquarters from London to Geneva. There, as European Talent Development Manager, I coached individuals as they progressed their careers through the company, helping to track and retain high-performance managers.
I took a career break to raise a family then returned to work in 2011 by starting a small ecommerce and physical retail business, which I helped run as a director and day-to-day manager until 2023.
Over the years I have continued to informally coach old and new colleagues on a freelance basis. I have built on this by completing a certificate in Business and Personal Coaching and becoming accredited as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, in order to establish Rosie Treasurer Coaching.
